Project management and cable plant design installation are also available through our Custom Construction group. Network design and installation project are provided under a project proposal with a set scope of work and a set price so you know exactly what your costs will be. Additional services are provided at our current hourly rate.

Network Troubleshooting

Whether you have an ongoing issue or an emergency network outage, Optic Fusion's qualified network professionals can provide around the clock support to fix your problems and get you back up and running. For ongoing issues, Optic Fusion can also setup extended monitoring of any network device, server, or application to determine the root cause of your problems and get it fixed for the last time. Network Troubleshooting is provided at our current hourly rate. Extended network monitoring is provided at a set monthly rate.
